User Exploration & Ideation
Exploratory interviews were conducted to identify target groups – and their needs and pain points.
PainPoint Analysis
Based on the relevant pain points, the first ideas for prototypes (MVPs) were developed. In this example, the key pain point was production planning and resale uncertainty – due to the poor traceability of international deliveries.
Prototype Test & Validation
Different prototypes, such as an online quoting system for existing and new customers, and a track & trace system, were tested and validated directly with the target group.
MVP Market Launch & Roll Out
Implementation and testing of a first track & trace solution, followed by the handover of the solution for further development by the customer.
