The new edition: Highlights #10 – etventure becoming international!

08. June 2016

The most important topics: New markets, new locations, new clients +++ Study on digital transformation by etventure and GfK +++ New etventure business divisions +++ New tagline: “Only true entrepreneurs drive digital business” +++ W&W Digital with first digital business models on the market +++ FinTechCube develops new ecosystem in the field of digital wealth management +++ 13 startups successfully complete the EuropeanPioneers accelerator program +++ New milestones for etventure startups

At the beginning of 2015, etventure opened its first location outside of Germany. Today, just one-and-a-half years later, what we see before us is an international network of locations and projects. The etventure flag is now flying at our international addresses in London, New York, Paris, Zurich and Sydney. The growth of etventure is continuing vigorously: New joint venture companies, such as Unternehmer-Schmiede and Friendsfactory, new business divisions and startup ideas, new corporate clients from a range of sectors and several new members of staff – all these factors make etventure a unique driving force for digitizing corporations, developing startups and creating an economically sustainable network of connections between corporations and startups.

At etventure, our recipe for success and what defines us is the combination of the right people, processes and networks, as well as the entrepreneurial way we approach working with our clients to develop new digital businesses. April this year, we refined our tagline accordingly: “Only true entrepreneurs drive digital business.” This neatly summarizes our self-image and our philosophy.

Last but not least, it is worth noting that etventure is not only becoming more international – it is also becoming more regional at the same time. With our new offices, we want to drive the economy and the startup scene beyond Berlin. The offices are in Stuttgart and Essen, which is where we supported Franz Haniel & Cie. with the formation of the Schacht One digital unit on the premises of the Zollverein Coal Mine Industrial Complex (a World Heritage Site). At the same time, we opened a new office with an area of over 1,000 square meter over two floors, located in the heart of Munich.
