Digital offensive in the search for industrial employees – mobileJob cooperates with BASF Coatings

Great success for mobileJob: The etventure startup is working together with BASF Coatings as of now. With its innovative solution, digital employee search for the commercial employment market, the mobileJob team is initially assisting the partner network ColorMotion with recruiting painters.

Fill a vacant position in only a few days – it’s possible with mobileJob. The startup is deemed to be the founder of the express advertisement. With the help of mobile devices, the application process is greatly sped up and the personnel search is made a lot easier for the commercial employment market. This new and already multiple award-winning solution will also immediately benefit BASF Coatings.

The first winners of the freshly agreed partnership between the chemical corporation and mobileJob are all the members of the Glasurit partner network ColorMotion. The collaboration offers the several hundred linked companies the opportunity to place their employee searches in social media under preferential conditions. There, the interested party can schedule an appointment for a job interview with just a few “clicks.” The goal within the scope of the cooperation: A competitive advantage for industrial companies which have to compete heavily for the best employees regionally.

Job exchanges generally specialize in academic workers

“Numerous paint and body shops have been looking for suitable employees for a long time as qualified personnel are very difficult to find in the field. Successful recruiting in the commercial area is made even more difficult, because almost all of the job exchanges specialize in academic workers. BASF Coatings has recognized that searching over social media is giving companies in the car repair field a decided boost. We very much look forward to the future collaboration,” says Steffen Manes, one of the founders and managing directors of mobileJob.
