Florian Kraus

Florian is responsible for the acquisition of new clients as well as developing the innovation agenda with existing clients further. His projects address innovation close to the core business as well as creating new business through business model transformation and venture building. Also, Florian is Chapter Lead for EY etventure’s project management chapter in Munich and is our expert for all ‘innovation units’ related topics.

Prior to his current role at etventure, Florian was a Senior Consultant at Detecon International GmbH in Munich and San Francisco and lead strategy and execution projects in various industries (e.g. Telecommunications, Automotive, Insurance) for German and international clients around the topics of Digitization, Innovation, Organizational Development, Value-based Steering and Business Models.
