Dr. Maximilian Rapp

Max is leading Trend & Innovation Management Consulting for EY in Europe West and proudly joined as Managing Director for EY etventure in July 2022.

Max is with 50+ publications and as former Visiting Professor to the William & Mary Ivy League College in Virginia as well as to the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology in Moscow a valuable member of the International University of Monaco, where he is Professor for Innovation Management and Corporate Consulting. His research interests and publications combine topics like Open Innovation, Open Government, Co-Creation and Community based Innovation.

7+ years Max was responsible for the set up of Open Innovation in the Public Sector and the crowd/community competency for clients like Lego and Adidas (industry) or Federal Ministry of Finance in Austria (Public sector).
