#BetterWork – Joint the etventure blog parade

#BetterWork

#BetterWork

+++ UPDATE +++

In the past weeks we have already received many exciting contributions to our blog parade #BetterWork. Many thanks to all participants! At the same time, we have received several inquiries as to whether contributions can also be submitted later. We know how it is, time is running and there is often little time left, especially in stressful everyday working life. And maybe the current summer slump offers the possibility to think about #BetterWork in peace. To hear as many perspectives and opinions as possible, we have therefore decided to extend our blog parade by one month:

The new deadline is August 31st!

We would also like to invite the author of what we consider the most exciting contribution to a ChangeRider tour with Philipp Depiereux, founder and CEO of etventure, to talk about #BetterWork and the future of work. In his talk in the Tesla Philipp regularly interviews personalities from politics, business and society on topics related to digital change. Dorothee Bär, Minister of State for Digitisation, Fabian Kienbaum, Managing Director of the personnel consultancy Kienbaum Consultants, and most recently Ulrich Schäfer, Head of the economics department at Süddeutsche Zeitung, were among those present.

We would also like to share your contributions via our etventure social media channels and present exciting ideas in Philipp Depiereux’s column on Welt.de.

We are looking forward to the blog parade final sprint and hopefully still numerous exciting contributions!

Everyone is talking about New Work, Work 4.0 and how our professional world is changing due to digitization and new technologies. We at etventure are also intensively concerned with this topic. But we are not only wondering what the future of work will look like. We ask ourselves: How does work have to be, so that it is more fun, more meaningful, more fulfilling – simply better – and above all, what must be done to achieve this. However, we cannot answer this question alone. For this we need your help, your opinions and views! That’s why we’re starting the first etventure blog parade and are calling on everyone interested to join in!

What does #BetterWork mean to you?

We are looking for contributions with concrete examples for a better working environment and better working. We are explicitly concerned not only with consulting and knowledge work, but also with a broad picture of society. We are particularly interested in stories focusing on sectors such as health and care, crafts, agriculture or industry. Even if you don’t have time to write a long article, you are welcome to participate and share your personal view via social media under #BetterWork.

We look forward to your contributions!
