As chief marketing officer, Wibke Lies is responsible for building up the marketing area of the etventure group and acts as a cross-departmental link between the business areas. Her tasks include marketing strategies, planning, and communication as well as execution and controlling for the etventure group and various subsidiaries, startups, and projects for new business.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a senior business intelligence manager and was responsible for the development of an offshore global business intelligence unit in Buenos Aires. Her responsibilities included defining the reporting for group management, more than 50 country subsidiaries as well as the global business development team and developing various market analyses and tools.

In her role as senior online marketing manager product pilot for a new online business model, Wibke Lies was responsible for the content-related and technical conception and execution of product pilots. She managed the market launch of the closed beta test and the marketing following the national launch.
