Top ten position for etventure: the digital consultant has secured its top industry ranking position at kununu.com, Germany’s leading employer assessment platform, for the fourth consecutive year. With 4.58 out of 5 possible points, etventure belongs to the top rated employers in the consulting category in Germany.
Employees regular evaluate companies on criterias such as working condition and atmosphere, their supervisor’s behaviour, communication or work-life balance. Applicants evaluate the application and recruiting process. From both sides, etventure receives top ratings which place it at the seventh place in Germany’s top ten. The ten best-rated employers are extremely close together, etventure is only 0.16 points behind the first place. On the other hand, etventure is far ahead of the rest of the industry which averages at merely 3.4.
etventure received especially high ratings for its working atmosphere (4.86), the colleagues solidarity (4.83), as well as superior performance (4.78). Even the work-life balance, especially for consulting firms most problematic, was rated extraordinarily well with 4.45 points.
The current ratings are accompanied by feedback such as “The future builder”, “the best team in the world” and “real startup vibe”. Reviews of applicants state “warm and innovative” or “Well structured process with relevant content and engaged people”.
