Whiteblue Consulting GmbH
As head of innovation and consulting at Whiteblue Consulting, Daniel Groos managed a team of 25 innovators and consultants. His own responsibilities included projects for Audi, Pro7, and Fujikura, during which he realized innovations and strengthened the client’s innovation culture.
Microsport GmbH & Co. KG
In 1998, Daniel Groos founded Microsport, which had great success on the market with the In-Line Skate Speedometer, his own invention. Gradually, he built up Microsport to be a full-service OEM partner for the outdoor industry, working with well-known clients like Jack Wolfskin in Germany and Johnson Outdoors in the US. Up until leaving the enterprise in 2011, he also set up a production site for Microsport in Shenzhen, China.
